CLIENT RELATION SPECIALISTS (CRS): CRS responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of electronic medical records, admitting and discharging patients, completing prescription orders, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office, retail and hospitality area maintenance.
VETERINARY TECHNICIANS: Technicians are responsible for assisting veterinarians with medical and surgical services, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, patient care, medical procedures, filling prescriptions, operation and maintenance of hospital instruments and equipment, maintaining inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.
