Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled by phone during regular business hours. After hours, please leave us your name and phone number on our voice mail and you will be contacted during the next business day to schedule an appointment.
To provide the best possible care for our new clients and patients, we will need to collect some background information at your first appointment, so please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To save time, you can fill out the New Client Form* prior to your appointment. We also ask that in order to reserve this time specifically for you and your kitty, that the first exam be prepaid. This can easily be done over the phone with a credit card. Please feel free to speak to one of our client relations specialists if you have any questions.
Appointment Arrival
As a feline exclusive practice, your kitty does not need to worry about being bothered by barking dogs. However, we recognize that our patients are often stressed by the car ride and can sometimes act out atypically. For this reason, and your protection, as well as others, we require that all cats be in appropriate cat carriers or on a leash upon arrival and while in the reception area.
If your cat is being admitted to the hospital, you may fill out the Treatment Authorization* and/or the Anesthesia Authorization* ahead of time to minimize your check-in time. If your cat is being admitted for boarding, you may fill out the Boarding Form *ahead of time as well.
